‘Rest’ is an informal gathering where we meet for refreshments and pause for a short reflection and creative response around a spiritual theme.

October means we will be pausing with the changing seasons, reflecting on themes of rememberance and preparing for winter and exploring them with a non-religious Christian Spirituality. There will be the opportunity to be creative, to walk or simply to rest and chat further.

Where: East Point Pavilion, Royal Plain, Lowestoft NR33 0AP

When: 10.15am for a 10.30am start, Sunday 4th October. We aim to finish by 12 noon.
